The front section is 90mm x 90mm, printed on the reverse with white overprint on clear pvc .38 mm thick. And is cut to the shape as indicated below 90mm x 90mm with a 4mm diameter hole in the middle. There is an unprinted triangular section to the right side of the item so that details on the rear wheel can be seen as it is rotated.
The rear Section is printed both sides on white pvc .38mm thick. and die cut to a circle 90mm diameter with a 4mm diameter hole in the centre.
Both items are joined with an eyelet/rivet. Firm but not too tight so the rear wheel can be rotated behind the front section.
