The acrylic section is colour printed with white overprint on reverse of clear acrylic 1mm thick. The clear section on the left is folded 180° to the back of the printed section on the right along the edge of the image.

The white boxes in the wheel are unprinted and are clear so you can see through them to the background sheet. The acrylic section image is below. I have allowed 1/2 mm for the fold.
There is a card that slides in the acrylic sleeve. It is printed colour both sides on 420g Card Stock. Front of the car is illustrated below.
