The name of this list is Autoresponders. The drop down options are Autoresponders – Auto Replies – Reminders
20. Autoresponder Fields displayed in the portrait mobile layout
The fields displayed in this portrait mobile layout for the autoresponders list are:
- Name (Name of the Autoresponder – Unique field)
- Keywords (The keywords that trigger the subscription to this autoresponder)
- Project (The user can create project names and attach the project name to a group of autorespoders
- Messages (this is a number field that displays the number of messages in that autoresponder)

30. Autoresponder Fields displayed in the landscape layout layout
The fields displayed in this landscape layout for the autoresponders list are:
- Name (Name of the Autoresponder – Unique field)
- Keywords (The keywords that trigger the subscription to this autoresponder)
- Project (The user can create project names and attach the project name to a group of autorespoders
- Messages (this is a number field that diaplays the number of messages in that autoresponder)
- Created (Date/Time the autoresponder was created)
- Modified (Date/Time the Autoresponder was last modified)
Beside each header name if the landscape display is a sort icon where the user can click and sort ascending or descending. The previous sort and search preferences will be set as default and the list will automatically search and sort to those previous settings until a new search and sort is executed.
50. Search/Sort
A new window is opened when the Search Icon is clicked in the portrait or landscape display mode. At the bottom of the search window are two icons A circle with a tick in it (for OK) to the left of that icon is a circle with an X in it (For Cancel).

51. Field 1 – Search
The first field in the Search window works like a generic search field that searches through all fields if no other search options are defined in the drop-down options below. The display of autoresponders updates as each character of the search phrase is added. Just like a google search. The search will find any autoresponders containing the character sequence in the search field.
52. Field 2 – Search by – drop-down option field
The options for Search by field are:
- All Fields
- Autoresponder Name
- Keywords
- Project Name
53. Field 3 – Status – drop-down option field
The options for Status Field are:
- All
- Active (Shows only autoresponders that are active – turned on)
- Disabled (Shows only autoresponders that are disabled – turned off)
54. Field 4 – Project – drop-down option field
When the user clicks the drop-down Project box a new window opens and the projects list is displayed.
The user can search for projects and sort the projects list ascending or descending by clicking the sort icon beside the project name field header.
Below the list are two floating icons inside coloured circles – a Tick for OK and an X for cancel.
When the user clicks on a Project Name in the list the window closes and the selected project name is displayed in the Projects drop-down field in the previous window.
55. Field 5 is Sort
The user clicks the ascending/descending icon before the field to set the sort type.
The options for the sort are:
- Autoresponders
- Keywords
- Project Name
- # Messages
- Created date/time
- Modified date/time
100. Autoresponder edit layout

The user clicks on an autoresponder in the Autoresponder List Layout and the Autoresponder Edit layout opens.
In this example the 1 of 45 indicated that this is autoresponder 1 of a total of 45 autoresponders.
The user can swipe left or right to move to the next or previous autoresponder.
The user clicks any of these sections to edit them.
The icons at the bottom of this layout from right to left are OK – Add – Cancel
OK
OK saves any modifications made in this layout,
Cancel
Clicking Cancel will cancel any modifications and the user will be returned to the Autoresponder List layout.
Add
Clicking Add icon will add a new message to the autoresponder.
110. Message Edit/Input

115. Move Icon
The user clicks and holds a message to move it to another position in the list of messages.
The user can also click the move icon and a modal window opens. The text in the window is “Move this message to immediately before message ” A drop-down field lists the message numbers from 2 to the total number of messages in the autoresponder. (e.g. 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 etc.). There is an OK and Cancel icon on the bottom of this modal window.
No messages can be moved to the first message position.
120. Attach Image Icon
When the user clicks the attach image icon the users google drive is opened where the user can select an image to attach to the message.
125. Attach Google Map Address Icon
When the user clicks the Attach Google Map Icon a modal window opens (see example below).
When the user clicks the “click here” link, a video opens with instructions.

When the user clicks to attach a google map address to a message it appears as in the image below.

300. Send
When the user click to set the send time for a message a new window opens and there is just the First Drop-dowm menu. And the cancel button. The OK button only appears after the required fields are filled in. So all the user can select from here is an option from the send drop-down or cancel.

The options for the first Send menu are:

310. Send Seconds/Minutes/Hours
If the user chooses one of the first 3 options (Seconds after or Minutes after or Hours after)

The display will be a text box where the user enters the number of seconds/minutes or hours to send the message after the previous message.
If the user chooses seconds after after the display will be as below. The cancel button is the only button displayed until the user fills in the number of seconds in the number field.
320. Send Seconds after

If the user enters 1 in the number field it will Say “Second after previous message and the Does Not Repeat dropdown and the OK and cancel buttons are visible.

If the user enters a number larger than 1 in the number field it will Say “Seconds after previous message” and the Does Not Repeat dropdown and the OK and cancel buttons are visible.

If “Repeat every” option is selected the display below is shown. The OK button is not displayed until a number is entered into the last number field.

When the user haas filled in the number in the last field the following displays.

When the number of occurrences is entered the OK button displays.

330. Send minutes after
If the user chooses Minutes after or Hours after the following is displayed. The cancel button is the only button displayed until the user fills in the number of Minutes or Hours in the number field.


350. Send days after

If the user chooses Days after after the display will be as below. The cancel button is the only button displayed until the user fills in the number of seconds in the number field.

When the user enters the number of days in the number field the display will be as below. There is only a cancel button until the user Sets the send time.

When the user clicks the Set time to send this message button or icon. A modal time selector window opens. The options in the dropbox are AM and PM. The last option selected becomes the default value of the dropbox. In this case it is PM.

After the user sets the send time the display will be as below and the Cancel and OK buttons are visible. If the user needs to edit the Send time he clicks on the Send at 5.45pm or the clock icon.

360. Send Weeks After

If the user chooses Send weeks after the following is displayed. The user chooses the days of the week he wants to send on. The previous selected days become the default selected days until they are changes again. The user must set the time of day to send. Then the OK button will display.

After the user selects the send time the display will be like this.

380 Send Months after
The options for the “On the First” drop-down are

- On the Last
The options for the “Monday” drop-down are
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday
- Sunday
- Day
